the hotel was hugeeeeeeeeee! everything was wonderful, from breakfast and the omelette station, to the complimentary drinks every day! happy hour was dope, and the drinks were good!! the pool area was beautiful and clean, only thing I didn't care for was all the bird poop on some of the chairs. The pool bar & food could of stayed open longer, closes at 5 i think. The restaurant was good too, and affordable! the empanadas were yummy!! Beach was walking distance. Everything had amazing prices, affordable! would def stay here again =)

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suit, the location is perfect! Very close to the airport and less than 8mins walk to the beach. There’re lots of restaurants nearby plus the stuffs are friendly and they do give recommendation of places to try. They breakfast are delicious with full buffet style and they do offer two free drinks every night with snacks. Oh did I mentioned that we ( family of 7) only paid $7 for Uber to the airport!!! We will definitely be staying whenever we visit San Juan.

A lot of hotels kick you out once you have checked out. And I did not have security following me or asking me questions. Free delicious breakfast is also a plus.

Your housekeeping staff was excellent and went above and beyond. Parking attendants are excellent. They gave us great suggestions. The whole experience was excellent. The hotel was so clean. If I could I would give your hotel a 20 instead of rating a 10.
